What Makes Us Different
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts believes education should be applicable to your daily life. That is how you get the most benefit from your learning. Wine tastes best when enjoyed with food so we match a food sample with every wine poured. Our food is thoughtfully paired to demonstrate the magic of proper food and wine pairings.
