PRICES

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. All gift cards may be used toward cooking classes, café purchases, and private event bookings.

COOKING & WINE CLASSES & TEEN CAMPS - CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cooking classes are not eligible for cash, credit or debit card refunds. Please carefully read the following information on our policy regarding transfers, cancellation and fees.

Should you need to reschedule a booked cooking class, advanced notice is kindly appreciated.

Guests who provide notice more than 10 business days prior to the booked class will be exempt from transfer fees.

Transfers to another class may be made between 6-10 business days prior to the booked class date for a fee of 30% of the total class value. Cancellations made within 5 business days prior to the class start date are not eligible for transfers and class fees will be forfeited.

Please provide transfer request via email and include a contact number to events@picachef.com. Transfers to another class must take place within 6 months of the originally booked class or class fees will be forfeited.

Should there be a waitlist for the class that you wish to reschedule, and we are able to fill your spot with alternate participant, the transfer fees will be waived.

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts does permit refunds or transfers due to weather conditions and it is the responsibility of the participant to arrange for transportation to and from the school.

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts reserves the right to cancel published classes. Customers' whose bookings are affected will be transferred to a suitable alternative.

Note: Cooking Classes do not require approval under the Private Training Act, and a participant may not file a claim against the fund with the trustee in respect of the program of instruction.
