Located at the entrance to Granville Island and the heart of the city for food and culture, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts consistently ranks as Vancouver’s premier culinary educational centre. Offering one year or six-month professional diploma programs in the Culinary Arts and the Baking and Pastry Arts, our institute features:

- 12,000 square foot campus
- A student-operated full-service restaurant and bakery-café
