Your Education Continues at PICA!

The Eat! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival just wrapped up this past weekend after a week-long celebration across the city. With cooking classes, workshops, special chef dinners, and of course, the three-day event at BC Place, guests near and far traveled in just to be a part of this momentous event.

During the BC Place weekend, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts returned with its onsite, hands-on culinary and pastry classes. Chefs Julian, Darren, Kristin and Christine wowed the crowd with classes including everything from Knife Skills to Sausage Making to Chocolate Ganache!

If you didn't get a chance to attend - or perhaps you did, and you're just craving more in-depth education - don't fret! PICA has released a whole host of culinary classes and pastry classes for this fall!

On Friday evenings, our ever popular Cook! and the City series continues. Typically centered around one city, region, or type of cuisine, these evening classes are designed to be casual, fun, and highly entertaining! You and your classmates will cook a menu from start to finish, and you all sit down and partake in the delicious meal you've created for dinner.

This fall, our offerings include:

PICAAlternatively, you may wish for a bit more depth to your classes. Our Saturday technique classes will fit the bill! Whether you take one class that piques your interest or you register for several across the board, you'll walk away from these classes ready and equipped to take your kitchen by storm!
