Welcome Chef Mark

Mark Burton joins PICA from the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and YEW seafood + bar. He spent many years at The Fairmont Banff Springs as Executive Pastry Chef, and enjoyed being part of the experience guests have when celebrating special occasions or enjoying a luxury getaway. While travelling, Mark discovered the Emilia Romagna region in Italy which made a particular impact on him as a chef. “I witnessed true passion in the food producers there,” he says. We are thrilled to have Mark join the team!
