Students travel to meet Chef Jacques Pepin & Michael Smith
In October six PICA students accompanied by Executive Culinary Chef Darren Clay participated in Devour! The Food Film Fest in Nova Scotia. Our students had the privilege to prepare dinner for 150 guests, cooking with and for Chef Michael Smith and the legendary Chef Jacques Pepin. They also visited The Old Apothecary Bakery & Café in Halifax, owned and operated by three PICA graduates, all from the same family.
