Bistro 101 offers gourmet cuisine prepared by our talented and passionate students.

Bistro 101 menus change with the seasons. Featuring delicious, market fresh options with a daily creation that changes with the whims of the chefs. Monday to Friday enjoy your choice from our three-course prix fixe menu.

The first Friday of the month is especially popular at Bistro 101 as we feature our West Coast Buffet. An ever-changing selection of items ensures something will appeal to everyone.  All you can eat gourmet appetizer and dessert buffets with an entrée trio made fresh to order. Always satisfying. Book early to avoid disappointment.

A Celebration of Salmon

On Friday, August 25th, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will be opening its doors to our own culinary graduate Chef Tyler Shedden (Chase Hospitality Group - Toronto) and Canada's sustainability-master and salmonmeister himself, Chef Robert Clark (The Fish Counter) to celebrate beautiful wild salmon.

High Tea & Tasting Menu

Our next special High Tea & Tasting Menu day is Thursday, August 31st! 

Lift up your pinky high as you sip on a delectable cuppa whilst delicate sandwiches and a whole selection of savoury and sweet bites are served to you. Our High Tea is only $25 per guest and includes your tea of choice with your meal!

For our tasting menu dinner, the students put together several courses showcasing multiple techniques, impeccable flavours, and a menu you can only get for one night only! It's a steal of a deal at $35 per person.

Wine Wednesdays

Celebrate mid week with Wine Wednesdays at Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
Every Wednesday we will be offering all bottles of wine on our list at half price. Bistro 101 features a selection of classic wines from around the world as well as some hard to get gems from our own backyard including the world famous Okanagan Valley. 

Promotion is not applicable on theme dinners, special events or bookings made through the Corporate, Catering & Event Department unless otherwise stated.

Complimentary guest parking (limited, first come first served) is available at 1515 West Second Avenue.
Parking is also available on Granville Island (3 hour time limit).
