Luis Seabra Winemaker's Dinner

In 2012, Luis Seabra left his prestigious post making wine at Niepoort to strike out on his own. The philosophy at Luis Seabra Vinhos is encapsulated in the brand name Cru, which means raw. Seabra makes wines from specific vineyards with minimal intervention - wines that are raw and pure. Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is excited to host this dinner pairing the wines from the Luis Seabra Vinhos portfolio with a tasting menu by our culinary and pastry chefs and students.
