Bistro 101 menus change with the seasons. Featuring delicious, market fresh options with a daily creation that changes with the whims of the chefs. Monday to Thursday enjoy your choice from our three-course prix fixe menu.

Fridays are especially popular at Bistro 101 as we feature our West Coast Buffet. An ever-changing selection of items ensures something will appeal to everyone.  All you can eat gourmet appetizer and dessert buffets with an entrée trio made fresh to order. Always satisfying. High Tea Luncheon & Tasting Menu Dinner - Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015

It's back, folks! Once every semester, our students have the opportunity to showcase their skills to you with special menus.


For lunch, our culinary and pastry students will present High Tea. At $25 per person, little bites from little savoury bites to sandwiches, scones and desserts will be served -- and tea is included in the price, too.

Wine Wednesdays

Celebrate mid week with Wine Wednesdays at Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
Every Wednesday we will be offering all bottles of wine on our list at half price. Bistro 101 features a selection of classic wines from around the world as well as some hard to get gems from our own backyard including the world famous Okanagan Valley. 

Promotion is not applicable on theme dinners, special events or bookings made through the Corporate, Catering & Event Department unless otherwise stated.
