How to order via online shopping
Select the desired item. Press the Buy Now button to put an item into your shopping basket. On your Shopping Basket page, you can Continue Shopping and select more items, or select the Checkout button, which will take you to our secure shipping and billing pages. On these pages, your name, address and payment information is gathered. Pressing the Checkout and Continue buttons will complete the transaction. You will receive a receipt for your order by email.

Credit cards
Credit card statements will read Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Credit cards will not be charged until orders are ready to be shipped.

Please note that, as a Canadian site, all transactions are performed in Canadian funds. Receipts will show totals in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will do the actual conversion into other currencies, and your credit card statement will show the details of the transaction and the currency conversion using the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts Boutique purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us to request a Return Authorization prior to returning the item(s). Unauthorized returned items will be refused.

Items returned must be in original packing, unaltered and resalable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Full credit will not be given for returned items that do not meet these requirements and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are non-refundable.

All return items must be sent pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping returns, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value.

In the event that your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Back orders
We try to fill all orders promptly. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible but will not hold up other items that are ready to ship. We will not charge for shipping of back-ordered items.

Shipping
Shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package, the destination and the method of shipment. Shipping charges are subject to change without notification.

The following shipping options are provided:
All orders to destinations within Canada are shipped via Canada Post "Express Post" letter and package service. Federal Express is an option for rush orders to the U.S. and beyond. Both services offer guaranteed delivery. Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes.

Information gathered at this Web site is never shared with any other company or organization. Your privacy is assured by the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.

Security and safety
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts Boutique is safe. You pay nothing if unauthorized purchases are made with your credit card as a result of shopping with us.

Guarantees
Your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
