Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts was the first private training facility in Canada with a fine dining restaurant and bakeshop on the premises. Students in our Culinary Arts program operate the restaurant for the final portion of their training. "Real-world" experience ensures our students are prepared for placement in top restaurants and hotels worldwide. Under the direction of our Chef Instructors, students design and prepare a three-course menu weekly. To master all aspects of restaurant organization, our Restaurant Instructors guide students through formal guest service.
Mondays - Value continues to be the name of the game. Join us for 'Market Monday' for a market fresh 3-course menu with choices.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Expanded a la carte dining! Join us Tuesday through Thursday for a larger menu with more choices.
Friday - Continue to enjoy our popular West Coast buffet on Fridays for lunch and dinner. Entrees are prepared fresh to order.

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is pleased to offer different theme dinners throughout the year.
Past events have included:
Wine & Dine - 3 course dinner with a pre-selected wine to accompany each course.
Culinary Harmonies - Diners experience gastronomy and harmony of distinct countries or regions i.e. Mexican theme dinner with an authentic Mariachi Band.
Culinary Tasting - Six course menu of a selected country or region i.e. Spain, Italy, Provence, etc.
Buffets - Sold out 'special events' have included Lobster Buffets and Prime Rib Buffets.
Seasonal / Theme Menus - We celebrate events such as Valentines Day and Halloween with special theme menus.
