December 2007"I can't let another day go by to tell you what a great time my guests and I had Friday night. I don't know if Tom told you but the five couples that we had invited had never really met each other before Friday - well, maybe a couple of the guys had golfed a game or two before hand. Well it didn't take long before Chef Bernard broke the ice when he got everyone involved with tasks at hand. Making pasta turned out to be a real hit and the crab and wild mushroom ravioli were worth all the effort! It was one big love-in at the end of the night and I can't thank you and Chef Bernard enough for ensuring that everything went smoothly and giving everyone a party to remember.
