President’s Message
Welcome and thank you for your interest in Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
As Founder of the Institute, I am a firm believer in integrity, honesty and professionalism. When Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts was born, it was essential to me to have the Institute founded and built upon these three important principles.
On January 2, 2009, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts completed its 12th year of operation. The Institute is also the proud recipient of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Consumer’s Choice Award for Business Excellence in the category of Trade School – the first culinary school in Canada to receive this distinguished honour.
Our graduates are successfully working around the world. To play a small but significant role in the launch of their careers remains my passion. I am extremely proud of our graduates and their achievements and I am equally proud of our dedicated chef instructors and staff who share my vision. Their sense of pride and enthusiasm shine in the warm, caring atmosphere at our Institute.
