Kitchens & ClassroomsFinest in FacilitiesLearn at the best. Our gleaming, state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchens provide ample room to work in an intimate learning environment. Classrooms are used for daily culinary lectures and for all student theory tests and examinations. Instruction is provided in eight gleaming, state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchens, including four for Culinary Arts students and four for Baking & Pastry Arts students. Each kitchen provides ample room for hands-on training. Our fine dining restaurant, operated by our advanced students, is open daily (Monday to Saturday) to the public. Charming, elegant and a culinary success, our restaurant ensures that students gain training in a “real world” environment. On-site and off-site Catering is also part of the curriculum for both our Advanced Culinary Arts students and our Baking & Pastry Arts students. The Baking & Pastry Arts kitchens supply a variety of fresh breads, pastries and exquisite desserts for our Restaurant and Bakeshop and Café.
