Private Events

Bistro 101, the restaurant at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, with views of the marina and mountains, is an ideal environment to host a culinary event for you and your guests when celebrating any special occasion.

Catering services are provided by our students and Chefs, year round (Monday to Saturday, excluding statutory holidays).

Bistro 101 is licensed, wheelchair accessible and accommodates up to 100 people for a stand up reception and 80 for a sit-down or buffet food service.
