Cook! and the City 

Join our fun-loving group of foodies along with our Chef Instructors for an exciting series of classes at our Professional Culinary Centre dedicated to a particular culinary, baking or ethnic cuisine. Cooking and/or baking techniques and recipes will be demonstrated and in some classes a country's wine, beer or spirit beverage will be an optional addtion.  

Enjoy great company with fellow foodies while you savour a great culinary experience.

Cook! and the City Refund Policy:
If a participant withdraws 30 days or more prior to course commencement, s/he may transfer to another available class start date or receive a full refund. If notification is provided less than 30 days but more than 5 days prior to the course commencement, the participant will be issued a credit. For no-shows and cancellations of less than 5 days prior to the course commencement, the participant forfeits the total amount paid.

Admission is at the discretion of the Institute and the Institute reserves the right to decline a registration.
