Adapted from our own 90% hands-on Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts' professional curriculum, each class offers invaluable culinary techniques suited for those wishing to refine their skills or step-it-up a notch at home or in their career.

At the core of a pastry artist whether professionally trained or home schooled, is a set of skills and techniques that allow for the perfect creative expression.

This class aims to demystify the skills and techniques that every pastry chef/culinary artist utilizes everyday.

Paté a Choux, curds, meringue, crème brûlée and pate sucreé preparations will satisfy the sweet tooth in any kitchen whether professional or not.

- Plating magic with a seasonal flair

Our expert and internationally trained Chef Instructors accommodate skillsets of all levels in a 12:1 student to Chef Instructor ratio. All of our hands-on classes will be taught in one of our eight professional culinary kitchens. 

Prerequisite: 16 years of age+
Equipment: Provided with recipes & PICA apron
