Adapted from our own 90% hands-on Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts' professional curriculum, each class offers invaluable culinary techniques suited for those wishing to refine their skills or step-it-up a notch at home or in their career.
Versatile side dishes and well-balanced nutritional full meal options are learned using both common vegetable staples as well as a few that are local and available year-round.
Fundamental vegetable chemistries are discussed in order to prepare a nutritionally balanced and well-constructed meal. Learning points include time-tested and consistently executed vegetable recipes that offer a further understanding of their basic on-plate chemistry whether paired with a protein or not.

Our expert and internationally trained Chef Instructors accommodate skillsets of all levels in a 12:1 student to Chef Instructor ratio. All of our hands-on classes will be taught in one of our eight professional culinary kitchens.
