What's New at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts > PICA student chosen to represent Canada
Janik Livera was chosen to represent Canada in the 1st Annual International Culinary Schools Tapas Competition in Valladolid, Spain which took place on November 9th, 2009. The competition, hosted by the Fundación de la Lengua Española (Spanish Language Foundation), pitted culinary students from Denmark, Sweden, Italy, France, Ireland, Mexico and the US against each other in a culinary battle to create the best tapa.
