Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts would like to welcome to the Baking & Pastry Team, Chef Marco Ropke. Chef Marco will be instructing our Baking & Pastry students during their six month dipolma granting program. The advanced students produce the delicious baked goods for our Bakeshop & Cafe as well as prepare the eye-watering desserts for our student run restaurant.
