Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts would like to welcome Chef Bruno Feldeisen to the faculty.  Chef Bruno will be instructing our Advanced Baking & Pastry students during their last three months (of their six month dipolma granting program). The advanced students produce the delicious baked goods for our Bakeshop & Cafe as well as prepare the eye-watering desserts for our student run restaurant.
