Please join us for our Wine Dinner Series at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
Tim Ellison, our very own in-house certified Sommelier, will host a unique evening of food, wine, and entertaining education. These fun and informative evenings centre on the enjoyment of great food and wine.
Every month, we will offer a different, seasonal 4-course menu with matching wines carefully crafted by Tim and our team of talented Chefs. Themes range from 'Classic Pairings of the Old World', 'Best of BC' to 'Wine with the Cuisine's of South East Asia'. Vegetarian options are also thoughtfully created and available as a substitution for all series/courses, upon advance notification (48 Hours).
Recipes will be provided and you will be able to re-create these meals at home for your family and friends.
The wines will be available locally and a complete sourcing list will be provided. Enjoy a great meal in a gorgeous location with good company and delight in the best of food and wine pairings.
