From now, until the end of November, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will be featuring a different weekly menu with recipes inspired by local great Chefs and their cookbooks.
November 3-7: Internationally inspired recipes from ‘Cooking with Class’ and the dynamic faculty at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
November 11-14: Great Italian recipes from the cookbook of renowned Chef Pino Posteraro of Cioppinos.
November 17-21: Local and sustainable eats from the cookbooks of the influential Chef John Bishop of Bishops.
November 24-28: East meets West with aromatic dishes from the cookbook of innovative Chef Vikram Vij of Vij's.
Join us Monday to Friday for lunch or dinner as our students re-create local specialties under the guidance of our professional Chef Instructors.
