Master Baker, Chef Alfred Voss, will demonstrate the tools and skills needed to create beautiful artisan breads in our hands-on Artisan Bread Making Class. A variety of delicious and creative breads will be covered in our bread class.

Join our very own 'Hospitality Enthusiast', Tim Ellison for an informative and fun evening of dining etiquette, gourmet food and wine. Explore the world of 'Dining Room Etiquette' and learn of it's importance in today's work driven environment. Table manners play an important part in making a favourable impression. Whether you are having lunch with a prospective employer or dinner with a business associate, your table manners can speak volumes about you as a professional. We will provide you with all of the necessary tools so that you can relax and concentrate on forging relationships and instead of worrying about which fork to use. The evening is fast paced and enjoyable. Your new skills will be implemented on the spot while enjoying a gourmet four course meal with matching wines.

Join our fun-loving group of singles and Executive Chef, Julian Bond for an exciting Friday night out centered about the BBQ. Chef Bond will inspire new BBQ techniques and recipes using the classics.
Sip on wine or beer and enjoy some great company while you savour a great meal that you will be preparing.
BBQ buffet will include all the fixin's (appetizers, entrees and dessert). Two bottles of beer (or glasses of wine) are included during your meal as is coffee & tea.
