On Friday, June 11th Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts' advanced pastry students were given the opportunity to showcase their exceptional skills at the Vancouver Aquarium’s annual Night at the Aquarium event.  This signature gala fundraiser, which recruits a select group of Vancouver’s top Ocean Wise Chefs to man canapé and dessert stations for their guests, raises money for the Aquarium’s education and conservation activities.  A proud supporter of the Aquarium’s Ocean Wise seafood program, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts has volunteered their time, skills and resources to this event three years running.
