What's New at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts > HSBC CRA Dinner (May 18, 2010)
On May 18th, 2010 Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts' advanced culinary students were given the opportunity to put their wine service training (and for many, WSET wine certification) to use at the HSBC Premier Gala dinner at Vancouver's Sun Sui Wah Restaurant. The annual invitation-only event, hosts some of HSBC's top clients for a nine-course dinner served with premium wines.
