On Thursday, June 10th at 4:00 PM, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts' students will be competing in a beef showdown, pairing their dishes with Trivento’s award-winning Argentinean reds at the 49th & Cambie Liquor store.
The public is invited to watch, taste and judge to decide who makes the best beef match.
The winner will be receiving a $500 scholarship from Select Wines.
