Truly, we can't thank you enough for the exquisite and delicious hors d'oeuvres as well as the imaginative and playful way in which they were presented (serving shrimp by way of chopsticks was brilliant!) Your attention to detail was first class and greatly appreciated. It certainly did not go unnoticed by our guests as we received many compliments on the execution thereof and the service provided. Speaking of service, the students must be congratulated on their grace and comportment. They proved themselves to be professional and most importantly, unobtrusive ---- and we thank them for that. Also thanks to the chef and students who endured the extreme heat and made it all look easy! Many people who may have future catering needs asked me where I found you as they were extremely impressed with everything. Of those who would not normally use a caterer, there were still many accolades about the food.
