Artisan breads, pastries, exquisite desserts and gourmet cakes are made fresh daily by our Baking & Pastry Arts students and are available for purchase from our Bakeshop & Café.

Our Baking & Pastry students prepare cakes in various sizes - from 8 inch to 16 inch round or square. We require one week's notice for all custom cake orders. We also accept orders (with a minimum of 3 days notice) for croissants, muffins or scones for your corporate meeting, charity or fundraising event.

Our Culinary Arts students also produce a selection of savoury items such as sandwiches, soups, wraps, salads, pizza and assorted entrées daily in our Café.

Our Bakeshop & Café can accommodate those who wish to eat in, or items can be packaged for take-away.

BC Children's Hospital Foundation Fundraiser

In support of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation, Bakery 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will be selling shortbread cookies by donation ($2.50 minimum) from May 27th to 31st with all proceeds benefitting BC Children's Hospital.

"As the province's only full-service hospital dedicated to serving the one million children in the BC and the Yukon, BC Children's Hospital is accessible to the largest population of children and youth served by a single Canadian hospital."

Come on in to Bakery 101 from 9:00am – 5:00pm, May 27th – 31st, where you can pick up a sweet treat for yourself and support the BC Children’s Hospital while you’re at it!
