Artisan breads, pastries, exquisite desserts and gourmet cakes are made fresh daily by our Baking & Pastry Arts students and are available for purchase from our Bakeshop & Café.

Our Baking & Pastry students prepare cakes in various sizes - from 8 inch to 16 inch round or square. We require one week's notice for all custom cake orders. We also accept orders (with  a minimum of 3 days notice) for croissants, muffins or scones for your corporate meeting, charity or fundraising event.

Please note that we are not accepting orders from February 8-27, 2010.  We will resume taking orders March 1, 2010.

Our Culinary Arts students also produce a selection of savoury items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizza and assorted entrées daily in our Café.  

Our Bakeshop & Café can accommodate those who wish to eat in, or items can be packaged for take-away.
