At Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts small class sizes (15 students maximum in a Culinary Arts kitchen to 1 chef instructor and 12 to 1 in Baking & Pastry Arts), 90% hands-on training and dedicated Internationally experienced Chef instructors give each student the personal attention they need to master the “art” of cooking and baking and pastry.

Schedule an appointment to tour Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, if possible.
Step 1: Send in your completed and signed application form along with your admissions essay (250 words minimum, letter of intent) and a non-refundable application fee of $150 CAD.
Step 2: Our Admissions Committee will then review your application and notify you of acceptance within 5 business days.
Step 3: Once you have received notification of acceptance, it is suggested to submit the 1st Tuition Payment (as outlined on the application form) within 5 business days to secure your seat for the preferred class start date and schedule.
